Welcome to our study of The Silmarillion! Whether you are reading this incredible text for the first time or you are already familiar with these paths, I hope that you will find new insights and community through this study. Although it is not running in real-time, this course was made with you in mind, and most of the original participants are still somewhere around these parts.

From the preface to the end, each module contains a companion video and a recorded discussion of the text from the live run. Particularly if you are reading for the first time, I recommend reading the section first, then watching the companion video, and then listening to the discussion.
