## In this episode

A double feature from The Fiction and Philosophy of C.S. Lewis: Prince Caspian recovers Old Narnia (Aslan dances, trees wake, Bacchus rides only safely with the Lion), and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader turns longing seaward toward the world’s end. Dr. Andrew Snyder (professor of philosophy and theology) reads both for a philosophy of recovery and desire: memory against progressive amnesia, kingship as vocation, and the voyage that peels dragon-skin from Eustace’s soul.

Topics include awakening vs. the “clocks of Saturn,” courage that needs Aslan, and why Caspian often ranks just behind The Silver Chair for favorite Chronicle.
