## In this episode

Morrowind’s Bloodmoon takes the Nerevarine to Solstheim: East Empire Company chaos, Skaal faith in the All-Maker, and Hircine’s werewolf hunt under the Bloodmoon. Captain Carius vanishes; standing stones restore the Gifts; Castle Karstaag and the Mortrag Glacier lead to a choice. Cure the beast and defend the Skaal, or embrace lycanthropy and serve the hunt.

In this Elder Scrolls & Philosophy story overview, Dr. Andrew Snyder traces Tharsten Heart-Fang’s ring, the duel with Hircine’s aspects, and the prophecy’s grim cycle as the Bloodmoon fades and the hunter’s shadow lingers.
