## In this episode

12 Angry Men turns a jury room into a moral pressure chamber: prejudice always obscures the truth, and justice requires the courage to hold reasonable doubt when the easy verdict is already nodding around the table.

In this Mythic Mind Movies conversation, Dr. Andrew Snyder (professor of philosophy and theology) is joined by guests for David’s pick (a first viewing for Andrew and Reverend David). They talk Reginald Rose’s origins in a real jury ordeal, perfect casting and craft, projection of unresolved wounds onto the accused boy, and why the film’s idealism about criminal process still stings.

Topics include one holdout against the room, the difference between innocence and doubt, and how a closed room can still open eyes.
